Stretch-n-Grow provides all this for over 300 franchisees across the world. 1999 was the creation of the first franchise in Ireland. The Training You Get!
Everything you need to run your own business - sales, marketing, creation of fun imaginative classes and how to conduct them. And for when you expand your business how to recruit and train your own coaches.
The Information You Need!
We provide you with a comprehensive one to one training including our Technical and Operational Manuals which give you a complete reference for each aspect of the business. You will be train as a Certified Youth Fitness Instructor. In addition, you will receive all the necessary lesson plans & curriculum to start your business immediately.
The Support You Need!
On-going support is provided through our Awesome Worldwide Affiliate Network, Updates and Meetings. One of the greatest benefits of our programme is the continual interchange of support and ideas within our owners’ network.

Stretch-n-Grow Coaches
Our Franchisees are regularly looking for fun, energetic people to teach our FUN classes.
What We Need:
- Super talented coaches to lead our classes for kids
- A one year commitment from you to provide Exciting Classes and build Relationships with our kids and schools
- Your own vehicle
- All coaches will be Garda Vetted
- Experience with groups of kids and a desire to work with them!
What We Offer:
- A culture of positive energy + teamwork + support + FUN
- Everything you need to do the class. Lessons, clothing, music, equipment & training
- Extensive experience of working with kids and building relationships with schools and parents
- Part-time opportunities. Term time 6-12 hours per week. No evenings or weekends
